Woohoo! Finally got the 440 back in and fired up just about 30 minutes ago. Is a daily driver and has it's non factory flaws but man this thing is a power house! Will finish detailing it out to be mostly correct looking though. No show dog though. Car has had small block 318 in it for past 20 years with 440 sitting dormant in shed...until I bought it and now.

Nice man! I've been following the other thread, I'm glad to hear you've got the 440 in it breathing strong now!

Thanks. Was looking for other thread earlier and for some reason couldnt find to update but just checked a minute ago and found it....must have been the exhaust fumes clouding brain. :)

Lol, it's all good, she just had a heart transplant, if that doesn't deserve a new thread and fresh start, I'm not sure what does!

I know what you mean, the fumes from my new 440 gave me a fire breathing, brain-ripping headache like none other last night. lol.:angryfire:
