'71 RR engine compartment...need specific pictures. ..HELP

I'm in need of some reference pictures so I can put things back together on my car. '71 RR looking for detail pictures of the engine compartment:

1. Engine wire harness and where the wire looms go that hold the harness.

2. Type of hardware for the washer bottle?

3. Horn. Not sure if I have the right horn or not. I know there was a difference in the bracket for the horn to mount. Currently, mine has the short bracket.

I'll take any and all pictures to help. I can't seem to find all my pictures before I took everything out over the years.

Can someone post a picture of the washer bottle? Is it a stainless sheet metal screw? What secures it to the back side?

Also, the horn. Does the RR horn have a long bracket to attach it to the inner fender as a non RR horn?

The washer bottle is held in place with sheet metal screws. (I'd use stainless) The horn is mounted exactly where you have yours mounted now. The RR takes a single horn.

It does help, in a way 71AirgrabberRR. I have a horn like you pictured and I tried to mount it in the top position but the bolt doesn't go into the hole. The hole in the bracket looks like it has a slight angle to it, like it is crocked. And, the bracket on my horn is a short one. I did find my old windshield washer bottle and lord and behold, there were three , looked like, stainless screws in it. It just doesn't seem that sheet metal screws hold the bottle in place.

I typically see the long horn bracket on original 71 runners, mine included...later years got the short bracket. This is a photo of my original.

That is a good picture of what my NOS horn looks like from the side. It's a long bracket like yours and the color looks better in your picture too.

As far as 3 screws for the washer bottle, that is correct. The 2 pictures above show what a 71 RR washer bottle looked like. They changed design in 72 as mentioned above, to clear the charcoal canister. They still take 3 screws, but in a different place because of the design change.

Here is a picture of a washer bottle for a 72. There will be a difference between power / electric washers and a manual foot pump style. The same part is also used on 72 Challenger's and Cuda's

The picture I posted shows a power reservoir while a manual will have a small molded in position plastic nipple.

I'm pretty sure the horn you have is for a 69-70 Road Runner. The mounting bracket "may" have a slightly different arrangement that will cause the twist you mentioned.
