I’m attempting to help a friend reassemble and repair the wiring for the Am/FM stereo in his 72 chargers but am having trouble finding a diagram of what it is supposed to look like. None of my diagrams show the fader or the rear speaker. He was told it came with FM stereo and the rear speaker. However thanks to 40 plus years, a rat and a guy at some discount radio store the wiring is damaged and or missing. Does anyone have a diagram that shows the stereo, the fader and the rear speaker as well as how and where they attach? If you guys can offer any help you would have the thanks of not only my self but my buddy as well.

If it came with a stereo radio, it didn’t have a fader, one channel to the front speaker, the other channel to the rear speaker. AM/FM mono radios with a rear speaker used a fader control. In the ’72 Plymouth FSM, the diagrams are on page 8-162 & 8-163, the Dodge manual may not be numbered the same.
