72 Satellite Bumpers?

Hi,

I have been looking for bumpers for my father's 72 Satellite. Are there any companies out there that make these. All my search efforts have fallen short. I am going to Chrysler in Carlisle this July so Maybe I will find some there. Thanks.

2 door or 4 door? I seen a nice rechromed 4 door one on ebay a couple days ago.

Hmm as far a reproduced I havent seen any companies do our bumpers- I recently just bought a good daily driver since I didnt want to shell out 600+ bucks to rechrome my rusted one...Got 2 taillight housings that werent all coroted either- guess satellites/rr were bad for that

Also how is your bumper damaged- or is it just a bit rusted...Ive seen alot of guys go the route of painting these babys body color and it looks fairly good

It is a 2 door. The bumpers aren't too bad. Just pitted and a small dent in the front and rear. We thought about painting them but my dad thought it would be too much blue.

I agree with your dad. The chrome really accents the color.

A few years back I got mine on e-bay for a more than reasonable price. Keep an eye open, they will pop up on there for you

I'm sure someone will have them at Carlisle. Just make sure you take a FAT wallet and take your old bumpers to turn in as cores to save $100 each.
