727 Shift Cable needed

Anyone know where to buy a new cable for 64 Dodge Polara with 727 pushbutton trans? Mine is kaput.....thanks. Also are they 60 inches long?

Is it broke/melted, or just have a bare spot. If it is just a small area I have a fix.

It is stretched according to my trans guy....We dropped it off the jack once while putting the engine in...and it is burned too...

I've never seen one stretch. There's a ton of adjustment. Lets see a picture.

I do not have a picture as a trans shop is repairing it.....I agree I have talked to many Mopar guys that say they have never seen one stretch...I will tell my trans guy to check further into it....He just repaired it and it leaks and I think he has the cable adjusted wrong as it is hard to go into park....

Cable leaks are an easy fix. Heat shrink that has the glue in it. I've repaired many. Zero leaks.
