Fender has been soda blasted, and DTM epoxy primed what you see is what you get some rust by dog leg and attachment area to inner fender, very usable.
Located in Apple Valley CA I have shipped fenders via Greyhound before, I prefer pick up, I do travel 15 from Cali to Idaho a few times a year
