IMO that stripe is way better than a billboard would be.
My '73 Challenger had those stripes along the fenders, bought it a year old dealer demo, didn't take long for those to start peeling off. When I had it repainted dropped the stripes. MO, I'm sure some won't agree, the Cuda billboard looked goofy. Car is so gorgeous seemed a shame to put those on..

2or 4 headlight ona a cuda ain’t no deal breaker for me … the 71 w 4 headlights is ok . i do like the 70 grill the best , the turn signal placement worked for me . not sure i like the round taillight’s post 71 but i will try ….but 75 k on that car is way outta my scope !

4? Oh you must mean the pre 1970 Barracudas, i guess
Speaking as only applies to E-body…
(No ‘Cuda pre 1970, only Barracuda)
‘70 had (2) headlights
‘71 had (4) headlights
‘72 thru ‘74 went back to (2) again

edit: I was wrong about there being no 'Cuda pre 1970. At the direction of a couple of fellow members here I did some homework and see that the 'Cuda was an option in 1969, but still on the A-platform. Thanks guys.
