Are 71-72 e-body hood honges the same as 73-74 b-body?

They look the same, but I cannot tell. Both mine are shot and I cannot find any repro's or rebuild kits for them.

The hinges on my car, cam from another car and they do not look right.

The numbers on the hinge are these -
E399 51
914E 47
