74 Roadrunner

Hello all. I just purchased a 74 roadrunner out of a collection with 43K, all original. It has Red heater hoses. I talked to my Motech mechanic, and he believes that they are right. I have 5, 73"s and they are all black. Obviously, I want to make this car as original because it is probably one of the most loaded up 74's, with a sticker over $5,500. Thanks Guys and Gals.

On my 74 heater hoses were black and had white mopar lettering.

The have them in 5/8 also

My 73 had one OEM hose (which Is still on it) and one red hose.

IIRC red hoses were somewhat common replacements in the late 70's and 80's.

The original hose that's on my car is the one that has the molded foam section around it so it doesn't rub on the corner of the AC compressor.
