74 Upper Control Arms

Are '74 b-body upper control arms the same part as the 71/72?

No. There was a suspension change in 73 on the B bodies to an isolated K member. The upper arn bolted to a bracket on K frame itself and used a slider for adjustment. The earlier cars used cam bolts and attatched to the inner fender structure.
