Thank you. I got the pulley at Oreillys and the rest I had in the shop. two 16mm deep sockets for spacers and 1 1/2" spacer behind the pulley. 1"x 3/4" bar stock that the pulley is attached to.

I used the mounting brackets off of the AC compressor
