If your rear end looks like the one second down then it will work.

the one i still have is the first one pictured with the gears and will work with 2.71 and numerically higher gears, if this is what you have then the sure grip is a direct bolt-in replacement for your open carrier with no extra parts needed as both bearing races are there, new bearings are just good insurance
