8 3/4 axle end play adjuster

The threads on my axle end play adjuster are shot. Does anyone have one to sell or know where I can find one? Hope I don't have to buy a complete rear axle just to get the adjuster. Any help here would be greatly appreciated because I can't get my satellite to the body shop until it's fixed and the body man is ready.

Here you go. Both sides including the bearings. Very hard to find the adjuster hardware new.
