the sure grip in my '69 r/t might be taking a dump. i have a little more testing to do. it's the original auburn and spinning both tires isn't the issue; it's a mild rotational clunk, not constant. my thoughts are the cross shaft/housing wear; not sure. anyhow, if it comes to replacement doing another auburn doesn't bother me because the car is just a car show cruiser. summit has auburns but i'm noticing mancini doesn't sell auburns but has what looks like a clutch type; are they any good? not interested in a tru-trac. the 3.23's in the car are nice and quiet and i really don't want to mess that up. i've got a couple of power-loks i can take out of center sections i'll never use so maybe that's the answer,...? so, what are you guys who are just driving doing?
