Don't forget to change the damper door foam seals. Won't cool worth poop after a bit of running the A/C if you don't. Heater valves are designed with a bit of "leakage" to keep coolant in the core fresh and allow for air to bleed out. Check that all damper door motors are also working correctly too.

Finally, make sure you get some good sealant into the drip plan seam at the bottom and that the drain is clear.
I used the same kind of sealant used on plumbing, something like a sticky grayshy strip ( which I think is the used originally ) similar to the windshield sealant ribbon to seal the bottom seam of the A/C box
