I want to clean up the interior floors and frame/springs of seats so I'm wondering how they were finished from the factory. If the seat springs were infinished, I will clean them up and paint them metal color. I believe there is some of the car color on the floors but not certain. Did the factory paint interior floors with paint color of the car?

The seat tracks were painted semi gloss black but don't have the exact color code handy. However, the SEM trim black #39143 is close.

Regarding the interior floors, most cars you see are way over painted. Only over spray got on the interior floor as well as the under side.

Don't quote me

IIRC most all the black was Ditzlers Low Gloss Black #30, wasn't it ?

I could be wrong,
I'm not a big restoration guy, I'm more a racer really {well was anyway}

did you try to post the question in the year specific Mopar Tech section/forums ??
