WTB A230 Shifter and/or Linkage

I'm looking for a shifter and linkage to a A230 transmission. I need ALL of the linkage (I don't really care how it looks). I'm looking at shifters also, but am only interested in shifters that are in exceptional condition. Let me know what you have!
