I've been searching the forum for a while to find good info on this swap, but it seems as if the main visual guide for a 727-to-46RH swap is of rebootej's '74 Satellite (http://www.forbbodiesonly.com/mopar...he-Long-Road-to-my-74-Satellite-Rebuild/page5).

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any additional information about the ideal case modifications required to make it fit a B-body transmission tunnel (I also don't know if the '68 and '71+ B-body trans tunnels differ), or the ideal dimensions for fabricating a new crossmember that will place the transmission and engine at an ideal angle for the driveshaft and pinion.

Would anyone happen to have this info on hand? It'd make my decision whether to go with the swap (or not) that much easier.

Thanks!

I'll send him a PM about it - unfortunately, none of his Facebook-hosted images are showing up for me in Google Chrome or Firefox (with all script blocking disabled).
