A904 adjustments

Can someone post what the actual directions are for performing a band adjustment on a A904 transmission? Since I am changing fluid and filter, would like to freshen it up a little bit.

Loosen front lock nut, tighten adjusting stud clockwise till firmly seated, back off 2 1/4 turns and tighten lock nut, at the rear, for the single wrap band loosen lock nut, tighten adjusting stud till firmly seated, back off 2 1/2 turns, if the rear band is the double wrap style adjustment will be four turns out from seated.
