aftermarket trannys

Not looking for an automatic, but does anyone know of any aftermarket manual transmissions that will fit my 69 satellite other than the passion performance a-855?

You need to be more specific.......

Power level?

You want overdrive?

3-4-5-6 (more) speeds?

How willing are you to sacrifice strength?

And last, what in the world is wrong with "what came in" these cars.

TKO 500's, 600's and T56's all require some cutting to fit properly. The passon is the only one I'm aware of that will just bolt in but I will say the T56 is worth the work, awesome tranny.

Thanks. Just not to fond of cutting into my floor pan haha. But if I find one for cheap I might have to jump on it

I'm actually looking to drop the overdrive that I have to transfer power to the wheels better. Looking for a 4 maybe 5 speed

using a factory 8ss 4spd would have to be the most economical.

One of the guys next door at Moparts installed a 4spd Jerico in his 68 Charger. Didn't hack the floor for a very clean install.
