This looks like a single 4 BBL unit. Originals are stamped steel and I think there are fiberglass repops, but I never heard of a cast aluminum assembly.

Few more pics, the guys on moparts are doing some head scatching on this.Seems they think aftermarket but have never seen one before like it.

They are a cheap, nasty copy, I will take it off your hands. In fact, the aluminium (notice that I spelt it correctly, it's not Aluminum guys!!!!) probably came from Australia anyway so in effect you'll be sending this monstrosity back home where it belongs.....on my Coronet!!

:)

Back in high school I made my own Hurst T handle in the shop class foundry by making a sand casting of an authentic one. Any possibility this could be the case here?

Possible, but i looks pretty good.I was thinking maybe something made by Mr Gasket but no markings or numbers anywhere. No one seems to have ever seen another like it.

The single 4 barrel early Nascar piece makes sense, wish we could find one.

I have never heard of one made of aluminum and if after posting on Moparts for any period of time and no one else has heard of it, then I would have to guess it is a custom piece that someone that worked in and aluminum foundry made a copy off of an original simply because it cost them nothing in ther "spare time" at the bosses expense. If it had been a NASCAR, prototype, or anything of any value certainly someone would have identified it by now.
