Still in original packaging, never opened.

I am restoring a 71 Super Bee with N96.

I bought this part based on my lack of knowledge, not doing my homework & the PG website description stating these were used on 69-72 N96 applications.

As I have learned since, the manual cables were used on 69 & 70 cars.

Pretty sure that's a 69 only. 70 was vacuum controlled.

I do appreciate your feedback, I cant say for sure one way or the other, but the label on the package states 69-70. A friend has the N96 option on his 70 RR and it is indeed vacuum operated. Maybe early 70 cars were manual operated??? I checked vendors selling this cable, all state this cable is for 69-70 except the place I bought it from (PG Classics) lists it as 69-72. PG is in Canada, perhaps Canadian cars used a manual cable for these years???? This post will help potential buyers to beware!!! Sincerely,
