Just bought a new engine wiring harness for my 69 Satellite with a 318. The old harness was a mess and was spliced beyond reuse. What I need is a picture of where the two leads go on the altenator, does anyone have a picture of the wiring to the altenator? I have a wring diagram but just shows two leads going to altenator but not to what connectors. Let me know thanks!

There are two wires going to the alternator. One is a 12ga wire with a ring terminal. It goes to the threaded stud on the alternator labelled "B+" or "BAT". The other wire has a female ¼" spade terminal, plastic insulated. It goes on the ¼" male spade terminal labelled "FLD" on the alternator.
