Going on a toilet paper run. Got a hot tip from a store employee that there will be toilet paper for sale this morning.
Y2ply, Ynoply. All of this really chaps my ***.
When I'm really old I can tell people, Yeah, 2020 and all the Coronavirus and quarantines and hoarding really chapped my ***. Toilet paper? There weren't none!
???? The TP panic has pretty much ended here. In fact, there are grocery stores selling it at half price. It was a totally ridiculous panic to begin with. Sure, yo don't want to be stuck in the house for a couple weeks without but it looks like people were just trying to outdo each other - "oh, you bought two packages - well I'm going to buy FOUR, so there!" Just nuts. My wife and are are seeing this as an opportunity to actually EAT what's in the freezer !! Being just two of us we tended to eat out a fair bit. And since we are minimizing our trips to crowded places - like the grocery - we're eating what we have.
Yeah, I must've missed the memo that C-virus causes uncontrollable bowel movements. I'd rather wipe my a$$ with a cheese grater than be a toilet paper hoarder.
Still not to be found around here. When they get a supply in it’s gone within 30 minutes. We haven’t even looked for it as we have enough to meet our needs for a couple of weeks. TP was one of the first things to go in the beginning. I think people just copied each other with the panic. It makes you feel like you need more than you have.
