Never seen the movie in English or with subtitles? It is a very famous one and Mr. Hitler was played by a very famous actor. Even the accent he spoke with is real close (as far as one can tell from old soundfiles or news of that time). As we all know this guy was born in Austria, not Germany. The scene is about his ongoing mental desease and his stupid orders he is giving to his military stuff. They try to tell him that it is not working anymore but of course they are scared, not knowing what he is doing next. Just the little dictator....
