Another “Name that part”

So… I was pretty meticulous in bagging, tagging, and taking photos when I took my 66 Belvedere II apart a couple years back. However; I did miss a few things. In the photos are these two (identical) brackets I had bagged with my K-member to rad support bracket. The stamped alpha-numeric appears to read 0D-08 2 (on both). My searching for answers has left me scratching my nugget. Thanks for any help IDing and sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum. I’m not so good at online comms.
