Hey guys, my name is Josh Chenault and I am live close to Williamsport, PA. I am a 19 year old full time college student going for my business degree in economics and i work as a night manager at a local hotel. During my free time I am a volunteer firefighter for Woodward Township who loves to work on his new project car. I have always been a fan of all types of muscle cars no matter who made them. Though I seem to hold a special place in my heart for all things Mopar. I just recently bought my first car off a man who had already got things rolling and he recommend me to this site. I think its awesome that i have a place to ask my questions and have real life experts who just do it for the love of the cars answer them. If you guys have any tips or comments about things i should know I would love to hear them. I should probably point out that I am not building this car to sell, show, or race. Not saying I won't do any of them but I am building the car mainly for me. All i want in the end is for it to turn heads, raise skirts ;), and go fast. Thanks guys and like i said before would love to hear your comments.

P.S- One question that i have at the moment is where can i get a good center console for it?

Dodge Charger S/E, no motor and no tranny atm but just about all the other main components for the body are there.

Welcome! Nice pics! What year? Great project good luck with it. You should be able to get plenty of help here if you need! As for a center console, there are plenty of places online such as year one. Classic industries, ebay, and possibly any junkyard may have something decent?? Craigslist, etc. search the google. Good luck again, keep us posted.

hi and welcome to the site, looks like you got a very good start there keep posting we all love to read and look at the progress of your build ,I use to go to Jess Hackenburgs military vehicle show up there ,do you no if they still have a get together anymore

Welcome to the site from SE PA!

For your console, I believe your car will take the same console as Cuda's, challengers and 71 - 74 b-bodies. Also, when you buy some of the components, you need to have your transmission figured out, as the pieces are different for an automatic vs. a manual.

Good luck with your project and keep us posted on the progress...

I'm sorry I meant to post the year was a 1973, and as for the center console the car is built for a automatic and I might have a tranny coming in from a friend. The guy who had it before me had bought a brand new automatic floor shifter so I will end up using that. Once again my bad, I had meant to tell you guys about those details in the first place.

welcome, and nice ride! good luck with it and ask questions here you will get help!
