Just found this site a couple of weeks ago and it's already helped a lot. I am sure I will be prowling around for a long time to come while I try to bring my newest toy back from the dead. It's a 67 belvedere wagon that was originally a 383hp and a 4 speed. All I have is the original engine and rear chunk, so it's going to be a long process.

Welcome cool car.
If the body is solid, then you are miles and miles ahead.
Mechanical work is easy by comparison.

IIRC there are a couple of 4 sps for sale on the correct forum.

8.75" rearends are easy enough to find. I can't imagine needing anything heavier for a 383

Engine good drive train good, just looking for some interior parts that don't cost more than the car

welcome to FBBO from NorCal Sierras
