So looking at the hood latch/ upper grill sheet metal I noticed a second hole on both sides. So what I was wondering is does this require a bolt and nut or is there supposed to be a nut plate between these 2 pieces of metal? It’s been quite a while since I took this apart and I don’t remember what went there. Thanks
