If anyone knows any info in this car, PM me and I will pass it on
The car is RM21H9G302004. It is a white 69 Runner, 383, 4 speed post car, with a blue bench seat interior. It is the "taxi cab" style interior, which was in decent shape when I got the car, but had much white overspray on it. No vinyl top, and no chrome trim on the pillars. Manual Steering and brakes. Has the airgrabber cuts in the hood, and the hole in the firewall so assuming it came with an airgrabber. No evidence of any stripes. There were two "up" dents in the trunk floor where it looked like the car may have fallen onto a jackstand or ?? The drivertain was gone, paint was poor and the car looked like it was partially parted out when I got it.
The car was said to have come from the Phoenix area, and I did find one receipt from there when I went through it. The car went from AZ to Illinois where I bought it in the mid 90's. No past history was known, and the fender tag was already missing at that time. It was a very clean car so the AZ description seemed legit.
If you could put out a note to see if anyone remembers the car or has any info on it, it sure would be appreciated. I put it together as a fun driver, and it has been a blast for the last 20 years that I have had it running, but it would be cool if any history on it was available.
Thanks
Bill
