Well I finally got myself the correct trunk jack..

Now..If only I knew exactly how to place it in the trunk! Any photos would be helpful. :):eusa_pray:

I know I am missing the 'hold down' spring, But I am going to try and get away with using one I can get at my local hardware store.

Their photos are pretty tiny..I have seen the decals before, and have a general idea..But would love to see one that is factory correct. Mine is still not painted and I assumed it was originally silver and black.

1967 dodge coronet is one of the most beautiful mopar’s ever.....

OK..My jack is done!

I put the bumper part on after taking these sorry I forgot about it. I am not sure if it SHOULD be on or in the wheel well, but anyway I made a velcro strap so it does not rattle. And yes I do NOT have the correct spring, I am trying to find one. And, NOPE it was not down the side of the quarter panel.. :(

On to a more interesting issue. My deck lid will not stay up. As you can tell by my most important piece of dowel holding the lid up! LOL..Is there any possibility that my torsion bars are weak? Or could it be that they are specific to a side? SO maybe my car came with them in the wrong sides? I can't tell you how many times my car has tried to 'Christine' me! hehe..
