Anybody mount a Power antenna on their 71-72 Satellite/Roadrunner/GTX ?

I keep removing my antenna to put my car cover on and I was thinking of a power antenna. Anybody else do this? What model did you use, any tricks?

just gonna have to use a universal kit.main thing to check for is enough clearance for the motor assembly.the kit comes with all the wiring instructions.i have done the conversion on several older cars.

Me too, but it spins off easy. No more holes in the body for me.

I haven't but like the idea, universal or an older c body. Sounds very cool

Well with the car on the hoist to re-install the trans, we took a look at the antenna mounting system. Plenty of room, but the antenna hole is way too big. Anybody know where to find an adapter?

Why not get a manual antenna that retracts all the way in ?
