Does anyone have experience with PPP or have a contact over there I could reach out to?

I placed an order 5 weeks ago, and besides the order confirmation I haven't been able to get an update on my order. I have emailed and called several times with no response or call back.

They haven't charged my card yet, I just want to know if/when I can expect to receive it.

I purchased a PPP shifter three years ago for my gtx in 2017...
I believe I waited approximately 6 weeks or so before the item shipped.

I too grew anxious...And began emailing. This did not prompt a response, so I called their California operations....I would definitely keep calling. I was able to reach someone by calling.

PPP shifters, I believe is based out of California but their mfg operations is in Minnesota or Wisconsin, something like that. At the time of purchase, I spoke with an older gentleman and he was very educated and informed on 727 so I felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase. I also want to say my shifter was custom built- can’t remember exact details.

But this shifter is worth the wait. In my opinion, it’s one of the nicest shifters on the market and I’m glad I went with PPP. Overall, a very high quality piece and after three years, it still feels perfect.
