Never heard of the guy or that collection, Portola Valley, Ca... It's cool stuff, if you had the $$ & a place to store it... That guy Littlefield died young @ 59 y/o in 2009, I guess it's not all that easy selling, tanks & missiles etc., I'm surprised he didn't have it all in a trust too... Donated 80 "vehicles", they still need to sell some 200, to pay for the gift, it seems...

Didn't someone already do that down in San Diego about 20 years ago? I seem to recall it ended with very mixed results depending on who you were....

That would be really cool! I always wanted to put one in the front yard of my home and hook up a tracking sensor to the turret so that when anyone walked or drove by, the main gun would follow them. HeHe.... me bad?
