Hey guys, I'm relatively new here. I'm fixing up a 1966 Dodge Coronet 440 and in the dashboard there is this lever that can be pulled, but I don't know what it does or for what it is. Can anyone help?

If the car runs rough 15 minutes after startup with that knob pulled all the way out....it's a manual choke lever.
If your legs change temperature after a similar time, it's part of the heater or vent box. :D

Thank you I'll test that out.

It's just a fresh air vent. There are often two of them, one for drivey side and one for ridey side. If they work you will feel a draft while you're driving about

When you're done checking out that cable....head on over to the Welcome Wagon and introduce yourself....and put up some more pics of the car.
