I never seen a factory built 440 4 barrel 69 Plymouth Road Runner. The 383 and 426 Hemi were the engine options on that car,mid year the A12 440 Six Barrel package became available. The only Road Runner that the 440 4 barrel Super Commando engine was available in was the 70 Plymouth Road Runner Superbird.

Not sure but Bob Hoyt may reproduce them, reproduces darn near every sticker that state dmv's used. He can be found on line under his name.

I suspect this was a rule meant for modern vehicles with OBDI or OBDII type systems but some DMV workers that done like vintage cars are using it to prevent guys from getting old cars back on the road..

I would speak with a Supervisor at DMV.
