Are 67 and 68 disc brakes the same?

I have a 67 Coronet R/T with drum brakes. I have a disc brake set up form a 68 or 69 Road Runner. Does anyone know if this will work on my R/T? I am getting ready to rebuild the front end and will use the disc brakes if they will work. I do have the upper and lower control arms for the disc brakes also. Any replies will help,Thanks!

Will work fine. All you need to swap is the spindle, master cyc, and the proportioning valve.
