You can find cheap ones that usually are poorly made, or the better $100+ ones. I make my own anymore for a cost of maybe $50 in materials, but I realize not everyone has the tools to properly crimp those big SOB lugs...if you get the cheaper one your best bet is to cut off their lug and install a parts store bolt-on lug. Not "OE" but reliable.

Looks like some home made stuff on that car already. Red wire over the booster. Negative cable too long and runs behind the battery.

I like to cut off the wires to the relay and signal wire to starter and affix that on to a new cable of the correct length, then it looks and works right.

Oh yea,

Some serious cleanup and detailing is in its future . Along with get the a/c operational

The fan shroud looks really weird. Proper reproductions are available.

As far as I understand, the cheap ones have aluminum cores. The over 100.00 cables have solid core copper. I for one will not be driving my car another 50,000 miles. Since 2004 I have put about 12,000 miles on it. Mostly going to car shows from 1400-4200 miles round trip. It was worth it to me to buy the better cables with correct ends. My opinion.

Rock Auto specials. Not red but nice ends. The small wire on the positive gets spliced into the original.
