Peter, the Saginaw Pump mounting bracket kit came with two studs. You had sent me an email stating that the studs screw into mounting holes on the rear of the pump. The pump already has existing mounting studs screwed into the rear of the pump with shiny silver nuts (how it arrived from you out of the box).
Should the studs and nuts that are currently in the rear of the pump be removed and replaced with the ones from the kit?
So far, I've not been able to break those shiny nuts loose that are currently on the rear of the pump.
