It's just to the left of the 2951865 part casting. appears to be ? ? - 69 .

I’ll look. If so it’s for a 1970? That makes sense because it doesn’t have the heat shield studs in the casting for a 1971.

Appears so, if that is a 69, but the entire date would be beneficial to post.

People restoring cars often look for date coded parts that were made a month or two prior to the production of the actual car. Ie: that manifold which no doubt was for the 1970 year May have been made in December 12, 69 which would make it suitable for use on cars produced December 18th and 1969 up to February/March 1970.

That’s why they are asking for the date code.

The pictured manifold is for a 1970 amd 1971 vehicle. This is determined from the casting ribs and bolt bosses.

The date could be as early as may of 1969, or early 1971
