Bilstein Shock Mounts

Can anyone confirm that the upper shock mounts for the Bilsteins should look like the following? Basically the two rubber pieces sandwitch the metal between them unlike the original stock where the rubber was one piece?

I installed mine without, no washer on when I tore it down. Qa1 lca's with Viking shocks

Mine didn't have washers on it when I tore it down, but it wouldn't hurt.
