What is the correct way to bleed after replacing return line?

Think turn steering lock to lock several times and adding PS fluid as needed would do it.

fill the power steering pump reservoir to the full mark. Jack the front end up, turn the wheel side to side 4 or 5 times and keep an eye on the fluid level.
