True, but the rules are funny... First 70-72 Blue plates, only Trucks with Commercial Plates qualify...

To qualify a 68 YOM plate is Black/Yellow... 70-72 is Blue/Yellow..
Who would want a BOB 68RT plate on a 70-72?
