brackets for bumperetts?

On a 69 charger, are there 2 small brackets that mount the front bumperetts on the bottom to the radiator support?

Not two small bracket, just one that spans between the left and right bumper brackets....

I didn't use my bumperrettes so I didn't use my bracket, it's already blasted and painted if your interested.
