Brake booster retainer and gasket

Do these 2 parts go inside the cabin under dash or on the engine bay side of the firewall?

What year Mopar? That firewall bracket doesn’t look like either of my 66/67 ones. But, it goes on the engine side of the firewall. I believe the foam gasket goes between the reinforcing plate and the firewall.

He has a power brake car, either an E body or 71 up b body.

They go in engine compartment on the firewall.
