Brake pedal assembly install

I'm putting the brake pedal assembly in and don't know the location and mounting of the round support bars. I know how the assembly itself mounts but not the round brackets. Any help, especially pictures, would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

round support brackets? Are you talking about were the steering column bolts to?

Honestly, I'm not sure. I bought the car 20 years ago and it's never been assembled. I know the round braces go under there somewhere and so maybe the do attach to the steering column.

70 charger PD brakes but should be close to yours. Last pic is looking threw the bracket for the steering column. Hope this helps.
