I filled up my newly installed brake system on my 69 sat,bled everything and besides a few glitch's all seems ok but the problem i am having is the brake pedal release's but does not come back up all the way. The booster is rebuilt from Napa and the engine was not running so i can't tell if booster is ok. The spring on the brake pedal does not seem to really do anything and I'm wondering is it in the wrong spot. It does not pull the pedal back.... Any thoughts??? Thanks

Did the booster pin get checked for length before the master cylinder installation?
