You could check with Bill & Rose Evans, in Erie, PA. They have a lot of the wiring hardware, and some Nice Replacement Harnesses.

he doesnt do dash harnesses so he dont carry bulkheads or fuse boxes

I see they have the bulkhead conn you need on their site, $85. They may have the fuse box, if you call them ?
