Bumper and assorted front bolts for 1970 Charger HELP

My Charger project is moving along. The problem I have is that the car was disassembled when I purchased it. I have all the parts for the front bumper assembly, and all the grill is there along with the grill fasteners. There are no bumper bolts, nor any of the smaller bolts that hold the whole thing together. Is there a kit that would have all of these, or do I need to piece it together piece by piece?

Are the chrome headed bolts correct, since on a 70 none are exposed outside the bumper? What bolts holds the upper and lower reinforcement brackets to the bumper and support brackets? The large bracket bolts are universal in most years, those I have. Thanks
