C-body disk brakes

Has anyone ever used C-body disk brakes on a B-body?

Is that a possible swap?

Which brakes? The Drums, Discs, Calipers, Wheel Cylinders? Some will, some won't.

my understanding is c body brakes are more like van brakes than anything else.
